Kyle was incredible through the whole process. Being first time homebuyers, we expected a very stressful process going into this. Having Kyle made it just the opposite. He asked great questions to narrow down what we wanted and where, showed us what to look out for, and was there to find us our home and not just make a quick buck. We were so fortunate to land in the hands of Kyle and his team (shout out to Ryan and Kaci)! This was our first home buying experience, and they made the process seamless. We didn’t know what we really wanted at first, which things were a must-have and which things we would be willing to bend on. Over the course of a few months, we were able to look at multiple homes, and either Ryan or Kyle always made themselves available at the drop of a hat. We ended up finding our dream home, and I don’t know that we would have gotten an offer accepted (in the current market) had we not been able to lean on the expertise of this team.

I’d also like to add that Kyle and his team have a wealth of knowledge and resources on roofing, foundation, flooring, and trusted vendors. We were one of those crazy people looking for an older home with character, and foundation issues in this area are extremely prevalent. We often times would go straight to the basement, and that would mark the home off our list right away. They truly want what is best for you and to be aware of any issues they see, so you can make an informed decision. Finally, they are just kind, fun people to be around, so that’s an added bonus! Kyle provides more information to buyers thanks to his prolific use of YouTube. In person, he is a great resource and keeps the avenues of communication open and contacts the buyer regularly via email, phone, and text. If he also spoke Spanish he would be almost perfect

Kyle is a gem! We couldn't be happier to have had him in our corner, as we navigated a crazy, fast-moving market. We found him on YouTube, thinking he would have the best knowledge of the area. We soon learned his true value came from his guidance and responsiveness! At any time we needed, Kyle would race to a new listing and do a thorough virtual tour for us. And he was fantastic at noticing the realities/subtleties of homes, and steering us away from something that wasn't the right fit (weird layouts, quick flips, etc.).
